The New project at Kleine Werf in Scharloo Abou called “The Wharf” is taking shape. This project initiated by CPA (Curacao Ports Authority) now has a foundation. 6 apartment towers will be built in phases. It concerns 30 luxury apartments with a view over Annabay. It is a unique place to live. The complex is equipped with many extras such as a concierge, open air lounge, a swimming pool and private gym. There will also be a number of commercial rental units at the location. Sotheby’s International Realty, which has a local office, has been hired to sell the apartments.
